The Junior Graphic Designer will report directly to the Senior Creative, with day-to-day tasks set by the design team and the expectation of self-management. This role requires a collaborative mindset, working closely within the Marketing team to support various initiatives while maintaining a flexible and adaptive approach to changing project needs. The primary responsibilities include supporting both Print and Digital design efforts in line with established brand guidelines. The Junior Graphic Designer may also be assigned additional tasks to assist the marketing team
in achieving its objectives and meeting tight deadlines.

What You'll Do:You'll be the kind of person who:
Ensure brand consistency across all printed materials by adhering to the Style Guide.
Manage the entire menu change process for all venues, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
a. Ensure briefs have been received as expected from venues, follow up with venues if not received
b. Review briefs from venues, ensuring that content is correctly spelled
c. Update menus using InDesign as expected from the briefs
d. Review changes to ensure that the design fits within the structure of the menu, updating contents pages or formatting as required if the content spills outside of the existing design parameters
Manage the events pack change process for all venues, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
a. Review briefs from events team, ensuring content mimics the main menu or is confirmed to be different
b. Update the changes using InDesign as expected from the briefs
c. Update images in line with the copy changes as appropriate
Monitor the inbox for changes throughout the day and prioritize based on the printing schedule and business needs.
a. Escalate issues to the senior creative promptly to ensure no delays to operations
Update a variety of print-based assets, including business cards, menus, posters, signage, and other promotional materials.
Requirements
What You Bring:
We're looking for someone who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, business Technical: Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) – Intermediate
- Be detailed and organised – Intermediate
- People Management: Solid interpersonal skills to initiate positive rapport with all stakeholders of the business – Intermediate
- Communication: Sound communication skills, both written and verbal – Intermediate
